Who we are looking for:
Do you thrive in business development, are familiar with the basics of the financial industry, and want to play an active role in a growing European tech company?
Then join our team as a Medior/Senior Business Development Manager (m/w/d) to take ownership of our commercial growth. You’ll work closely with founders and engineers to bring our AI automation solutions to market and build long-term customer relationships.
What you’ll do
🚀 Own the full sales cycle from first contact to closing, incl. new target customer acquisition
📈 Expand, build and manage sales pipeline, including new processes
🤝 Build relationships with enterprise and mid-market customers
📞 Lead discovery calls and product demos
🧠 Translate customer needs into product direction
🤝 Develop partnerships and contribute to marketing campaigns

You’re a great fit if you
🔹 Have 3+ years experience in B2B business development or sales, ideally fintech, asset management or Insurtech
🔹 Have closed complex deals before
🔹 Positive attitude & enjoying discovery of use cases for pioneering technology together with customers
🔹 Basic understanding of the financial industry, regulations or asset management processes
🔹 Network in Financial Industry is a plus
🔹 Are comfortable selling technical or AI-driven solutions
🔹 Thrive in fast-moving startup environments
🔹 Are proactive, strategic, and execution-focused
🔹 Good communication skills in German and English
